How to Make Your Rampage Group Outing Easy and Enjoyable! Thank you for your interest in a group outing with the Grand Rapids Rampage! Below is a list of the most commonly asked questions from our group leaders. Can we choose where we want to sit in the arena? The Rampage group sales staff will do its best to honor your seating requests. However, seating is based on availability and specific sections cannot be guaranteed. When am I able to get our group tickets? Group tickets are printed 21 days prior to the game date. If you have included the $3.00 shipping and handling fee we will automatically send or deliver them to you. Otherwise, we will call you to schedule a time for you to pick up your group tickets. If we need more tickets, how do we go about getting them? After your initial purchase is complete, additional tickets may be purchased through our office with a minimum purchase of five tickets. Please be aware that additional tickets are based on availability and seats may not be located near the original order. You are not required to purchase all of the group tickets that you have reserved. However, the minimum number of tickets for a group outing is 15. Once purchased, the Rampage have a no refund, no exchange policy. When do I need to pay for my group tickets? Tickets must be purchased 21 days prior to your game. Any tickets not purchased by the deadline will be released for sale to the general public. How do I pay for my tickets? You can pay for your tickets by using cash, check, money order, Visa, MasterCard or American Express. When paying by check, please make one check payable to the Grand Rapids Rampage. How does the Group Raffle work? The Rampage give out many prizes at each home game. Raffle winners are notified via e-mail prior to the Rampage game. Your group must purchase tickets at least seven days prior to your game date to be eligible for participation in the group raffle program. What about barrier-free seating? Van Andel Arena has ample barrier-free seating available. If you foresee a need for barrier-free seating for your group, please let us know when you place your reservation. Can my group attend the postgame autograph session? Absolutely! Our players love to meet you. Right after each game, all fans are invited to come down on the field for the postgame autograph session. Meet your favorite player and collect autographs for free! How do I promote my group outing? The Rampage group sales department has many tools to assist you in promoting your outing. Just ask about posters, logos, sign-up sheets or any other promotional needs that you may have. We are committed to making this as easy as possible for you! What do I do if I have questions or need assistance at the game? The Rampage believe every group customer deserves first-class customer care. If you need anything while at the game, feel free to seek assistance from any of the following: • Ushers - At least one usher is stationed in each section to assist fans in finding seats or with other needs. • Guest Services - The Rampage have a “Guest Services” booth located on the main concourse just outside of section 102. Our representative there can assist you with anything you need. • Security - Security staff are stationed all over the arena. They are easily identified by their royal blue shirts. |
